# $CAWK Meme Coin

<figure><img src="/files/mlTa4jKZkeQdAxDcrMYA" alt="" width="563"><figcaption><p>Tokenomics Chart</p></figcaption></figure>

We have studied previous hybrid defi launches and concluded that they did not do well post-mint because they focused on running it as an NFT project, wherein the tokenomics are an after thought.\
That could have done well if the market is in an NFT meta but unfortunately that is not the case. \
\
Therefore the Barnyard team will be utilizing a token first strategy with a heavy focus on the $CAWK meme coin.\
\
The Barnyard project has worked extensively with meme coin advisors to prioritize the success of the $CAWK token. We have drafted up a post-mint strategy that should allow the token to do well smoothly.

* NFTs (50%) - half of all the tokens go to the NFT buyers/public sale.
* LP (35%) - a large chunk is dedicated to LP.
* Marketing (15%) - a strategic chunk is used for marketing (airdrops and partnerships).
